CASE STUDIES: Remote Flood assessments | Major Damage Allianz

SERVICES: Aerial Inspections | Digital twin | Remote Site Monitoring

At Rise we're proud to be one of the first adopter of digital twinning technology for easing the challenges of assessing major damage claims and losses here in the Territory. We are also recognised as Northern Australian logistics experts and are able to mobilise quickly and effectively to the remotest locations across the tropical North, even during the wet season.

Digital twins are dimensionally accurate, photorealistic replicas of physical spaces, captured in a single scan - accessible securely online from anywhere in the world through a simple web link.

Digitals twins have transformed how claims are assessed by offering a faster, more reliable way to document damage, collaborate across teams, and move claims forward without repeat visits or variations.

Traditional claims workflows are slow, inconsistent and out-of-step with today's claims environment. With the top five pain points being:
- lengthy site visits
- inconsistent documentation
- lack of standardised damage interpretation
- frequent re-inspections and
- fraud risk.

Issues only exacerbated by the extreme geography, digital isolation and cost of travelling into and around the NT and broader Northern Australia, particularly in the wet season.

Rise's digital twins are making the claims process more efficient; the assessment more effective; and the experience more empathetic for the homeowner or tenant by providing:
- immutable documentation; machine-captured, tamper-proof, time-stamped records.
- reducing the risk of assessing complex or dangerous environments by reducing how many people enter a site.
- Homeowners can virtually revisit their property and gain a sense of control and clarity.
- Reducing site traffic and inspection overlap, no repeat visits.
- Preserving high-resolution 3D model of loss, long after repair/cleaning are done.

We are so proud to have our investment into the development of a tropical bathymetric USV (unmanned service vehicle) secure matched funding from Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre Ltd. Current wastewater survey methods are often not fit-for-purpose for the waste water conditions in tropical Northern Australia - high debris loads and organic matter.
